A NEW GROUP!

GROWING BEAUTIFULLY:

Down to earth practices for growing more beautiful in every part of your life

You are invited to participate in a new group facilitated by Karen Allen.

The group will meet on Wednesday evenings from 7:00 to 8:30 PM for 10 weeks beginning in January 2006. The cost for the group is $300. Call 503-254-1533 to register.

This group will be a synthesis of Karen’s experience gained from growing a beautiful garden, helping clients, and facilitating dynamic groups to effect change. The group will learn from the garden and from each other about how to make their souls, their selves and their relationships bloom.

Topics included will be:

From the ground up. Preparing the soil for change.
Tools to nurture your soul’s garden.
Vision of beauty: Planning the garden.
Planting well to bloom well.
The daily Gardener: Commitment and attitude.
Destroying the weeds: Low self esteem, depression and anxiety
The passionate gardener
Garden of the soul
Feeding and watering for beauty
Harvest of beauty: Sharing the garden.

This group will challenge and reward you. The group provides a very nurturing, accepting and encouraging environment. People develop positive relationships and gain courage to try new things in the group. This group starts soon, so give Karen a call to secure your registration.
